Narrow profile frames are an excellent choice for framing photos, reproductions, posters, or graphic works, as they look elegant and do not overshadow the framed piece. However, if you want a narrow frame, it is important to answer the question of what size your framed object is. If you are framing a picture that is smaller than 50 x 50 cm, you can choose a narrow wooden frame, but if you are framing, for example, a large poster and still want a narrow, elegant frame, it is better to choose a narrow metal frame – it is both lightweight and strong. We also note that objects such as watercolors, graphic works, photos, and posters are more sensitive to environmental effects, so they all require glass in the front and a backing at the back, and it is best if the framed object is separated from the glass by a mat – a thick cardboard border that goes around the picture and keeps the glass away from it. It is not recommended to frame products with at least one side larger than 60 cm in the frames of this collection due to their sturdiness.
