How to order frames?

Ordering a frame is very simple – you can do it in several ways:

1. Call us on the phone and dictate your order.
2. Write to us via email – info@remai.lt.
3. Visit our gallery.
4. Visit our online store www.ramji.lv – it is very easy to use.

How to pay?

We offer several convenient payment methods:

1. Transfer through the system – add the frame to the cart and follow the purchasing steps.
2. Cash payment to the courier – pay when the courier delivers your order.
3. Regular transfer – we will send an invoice via email that you can pay in the usual way.
4. Cash at our gallery.

What size frame should I choose?

We will make the frame exactly according to the dimensions you specify. If you are framing a canvas, we recommend adding 2 mm to each side to ensure the painting fits. If you have any questions – call us, we will be happy to advise.

Where can I see a sample of the moulding in person?

You can view moulding samples on our website or in galleries. If you live in Vilnius or Kaunas, we can deliver samples to your home for free.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the chosen moulding. Upon receiving the order, our coordinator will contact you and confirm all the details.

What to do if the system shows that the moulding stock is too low?

This means that the moulding stock is limited and the order is not automatically accepted. However, this does not mean that the order cannot be fulfilled – contact us by phone or email and we will check the possibilities individually.

Can you frame a photo, puzzle, or non-standard object?

Yes, of course. Contact us about non-standard orders – we will find a solution.
